Paid him while being on Skype, Traded him the 200m and making sure he confirmed it was him. Below is proof, and of course when players are on Skype that have a green dot near their name when they are added, and if they unadd you you can see where it says resend contact request. Meaning they removed you from their contacts.

 

Klosa might of been hacked. Sorry for accusing, we are settling this, so as of now wait. Will post to keep updated.
