IM THE ONLY one who has been on my ip. Triceps wasn't on my ip ( they had different internet)

If you check then you'd see that

He used my email to make a skype account. That's it.
I haven't done anything wrong =/

Yes, but you're also responsible for all of your accounts, this includes allowing him to use your e-mail. This goes along the lines of sharing Skypes or emails, or selling things for other users.
