PoP on any of these? Have bought 5 digits with OE before and had them reported stolen/hijacked from the original owner who knows the CD key for HL platinum.

If any of them do, I'd buy in a hearbeat.

 

What makes an account veritably unused? I'm not completely familiar with that, so I just assumed that it having no steam profile setup or email connected was about as close as I could get to unused beyond making the email, a steam account, and never changing the password or logging in again.

Would I essentially be buying the same thing from you? Was this HL1 pack just a complementary gift, or are you just saying that nobody would see a need to write down/save the key? Don't take it personally man, but I just don't see a point in buying any of these from anybody without it, because I'd essentially be renting an account until the seller decided they needed more money or wanted the account back. Steam support is slow, but they appear really receptive to hijacking reports.
