2FA issue

Hi there, my normal account is "Al D". I recently lost my phone and had to get a new one. Can I please get some help in having 2fa removed so I can reapply it on my new phone?

I am on the exact same IP. I have been a member for a little while now. I have sent 2 support tickets (through the contact us page) but have not had any response.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
