Girl Talk

Okay so let's get right to the point. I like a girl who is everything I've ever wanted and more, all that good stuff. I do talk to her but not as often as I'd like but how exactly would I go about getting her to understand that I feel for her and possibly make her feel the same for me?
We're both about 16 just in case you were curious.

Honestly I'd say build a great friendship with her before you even hint that you have feelings for her. Talk to her whenever you have free time, call her just to say hi or to say goodnight, send her good morning texts, buy her flowers, tell her she's beautiful, etc. Girls really appreciate those little things. After you build a nice friendship where you're pretty much extremely comfortable with each other then I think that's the time to tell her how you feel. You can't really make her feel the same way but you can always make her feel special. And who knows, maybe if you make her feel special enough she'll develop feelings also. All you can do is wait for this kind of stuff to just set in place itself. In my opinion, patience is key to relationships.
