Once they match you're IPs, you're gona get banned again.

 

and also how does sythe know your using a proxy if you are. ( THIS IS NOT ABOUT ME ITS MY FRIEND BTW) he tried to get in using a proxy and they detected it.

 

Uhh, I don't know.
Maybe they have a list of Proxy IPs that most Web Proxies use and set it to display the Proxy page to them.
