Reporting bluefirecorp

Briefly explain the trade: I sent him $4 on Paypal, and he was to upgrade my account within 48 hours of the payment (as specified in his TOS http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=933077)

How they scammed: It has been over 72 hours and he has not upgraded my account.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Paypal e-mail address in his thread matches the e-mail that I sent money to.

His reply: He never gave me correct details. Only the wrong username/password. If he gives me the transaction ID, I can refund the payment to that.

Eh, I'm pretty sure it was all correct but I'm fine taking a refund since i got the upgrade anyways and I have another acc that I want to get upgraded. Thanks Gohan.
