requesting a pardon for ban evasion

Hey Sythe members. I got banned back in 2013 for a scam report (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1284156-ekonka-certified-scammer-beware.html) and I didn't act for a while, but instead I resorted to ban evade over multiple accounts for a while (they got banned from ip checks)
I proceeded to make this thread - http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1511594-disputing-false-scam-report.html - because the scam report got me banned when I didn't scam, but Video was right in questioning my ban evading rather than following the rules and applying for a pardon. I have tried two separate times to return with a pardon and have been denied, so this will be my third (official) pardon (I have followed the 6-month rule) -

overall - banned for a faulty scam report, and continued to be banned for ban evading

I have read this thread - http://www.sythe.org/request-pardon...irements-rules-avoid-thread-being-locked.html - and believe that this post follows those guidelines. (my third post was shot down for not following these guidelines, this is a follow-up)

I look back now and understand why ban evading is not a good solution, and if I am lucky enough to come back to the sythe community I will perform legitimate trades as I always do and be conscious of my impact on the community based on my actions.

Thanks for taking a look at my pardon request and I hope to return to the sythe community after a long while being gone.

 

Also, just wanted to say I really enjoyed the community while I was here and wish I didn't screw up so bad. I miss it here on sythe and sincerely hope to come back... thanks

 

What are the names of all the accounts you've ban evaded on? Without that we can't really move forward

 

Reason for this - I need a list of the accounts I ban evaded on in order to move forward with my pending pardon

I don't recall all of the names, but the main one was acbman. I got a decent amount of vouches on that and a decent amount of trades done, so that's the only one I remember. I got banned quite a while ago so it's hard to recall... I know Abcman, thecoolnoob999 I think it was. Could I get an IP check by an admin to see all of the accounts? there was a few of them and most of them got banned within a few days. Not sure how to get the names otherwise. they were all had some affiliation with my home IP so they should come up under the IP check.

Ill keep finding the maybe one or two more I have created, but for now these names are all I got and the IP check might come up with a couple more

I'm pretty sure that account and the other ones I've already listed are the only accounts I have, but an IP check would be best to confirm that.

Can we please have all the threads that have this title be put into the original thread in order to not take up so much space?

Also... I feel like my pardon hasn't been seen at all and has been ignored and that has happened in both of my previous pardons, they got like 2 replies... I know and accept that I can be denied for any reason, but I would at least like my requests to be looked at. I put a lot of time and effort into writing each one and I would appreciate to be denied by not having support, rather than being not seen and denied by the 1 week point.

Is there a way that my pardon can please be looked at and possibly considered?

 

Honestly I looked into the pics and the old dispute and such, and with the pics from the report not being there I'm just gonna have to say that you need to accept responsibility for it and attempt to pay the user back.

You waited over a year to post that dispute, any the pics of your saying that it was redeemed elsewhere prove absolutely nothing seeing as no shit a 2 year+ code has been redeemed by now.

go ahead and attempt to contact the user to refund him

 

Denied for now.

Attempt to contact the user, show proof of that, and once you've tried for at least a month to contact the scammer user, you can post a new pardon.

In that pardon, include all offences for scamming, ban evading, and whatever else.
