Gun dice scam v2

Scam: bet him 5m 07 gp twice, won both he owes me 10m. He was banned/DNT and someone unbanned him without me being paid. I contacted him multiple times he just ignores me and doesnt want to pay. Why was he even unbanned without paying me? Doesn't make any sense at all. I see others get banned/DNT and they stay like that until they pay up. But i guess gun has friends in higher places to get him unbanned.
User claims he wasnt online when i was PMing him so Yankie asked me to get proof he was online here is a screenshot of him looking at a thread BEFORE he was first banned.

User claims he tagged me 7 times in discord at 1am(when i was offline already) which I am not super active in at all its not my primary discord that I use. Though he had the opportunity to PM me. I still haven't recieved a PM from him.
here is proof that i TRIED to contact him. but as you can see no reply

For one you still haven't posted a valid report linking or outlining what occurred.

After the dnt was removed I tagged you 7 times in discord to get a location st about 1 am and you didn't reply. I'm not going to stay up all night hoping you return.

The ONLY messages you had sent were asking if I wanted to DoN and I didn't even get to read those til 1.

You did not roll timely so I moved on with things I had to do irl. Get over it spastic

Video already handled this. When both of us are able to login to 07 at the same time he will be paid. This kid is just a spastic that blew this out of hand.

 

He was online when i was online but said he wasn't paying last night because i took 10 more mins than he did to roll. Requesting DNT as stated by the rules until he pays.

video unbanned him because he was supposed to repay immediately in discord but gun went AFK after he was unbanned.... and hes only available when im not available. if i come online he says hes out doing stuff and is on phone but if im gone hes at home

For the record I was unbanned and tagged him 7 times on Discord to collect payment. He messaged me a short while ago asking about it and I am out right now, already went through this 10 fold that when I get back i will send him a message.

I do agree that this has been made a bigger deal than necessary by both people involved
