Star_Scream sold me a bad upgrade

So, this is an outline of the entire situation. A couple of days ago, I tried to sign in to my runescape account and got a message that said I had negative membership balance. So, I logged into account management, were I was greeted with a message that I have -160 JCoins. So, I contacted billing support and they said that the someone disputed the transaction and they had to send the money back, giving me negative JCoins. They finally told me exact date of the transaction in question so I could search for it myself. Apparently it was someone that sold me an upgrade from sythe- Star_Scream. Billing support told me that if the person that authorized the reversal, reversed the reversal, then everything would work out that way. I sent pm's to Star_Scream about the situation, and he denied selling me the upgrade, though records say otherwise. Which leads me to believe he's been selling stolen pins. Evidence included:
