The NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 330mm long, but video cards over 230mm may block drive bays. Since the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card is 310mm long, some drive bays may not be usable

what are the consequences of this

just HDD bays. I actually have that case, and a gtx 770. Just means you'll have to move your hard drive to a different bay that's not directly lined up with the gpu.

Exactly as said above. you'll lose some places to put extra drives. If you're not running a whole bunch of drives, youll be fine. If you are, you'll have to find another place to mount them. I have had this situation arise, and I simply added the rubber vibration dampers (kinda like a rubber cell phone case but for a storage drive) and mounted it on the backside of the Motherboard mounting plate. nobody would ever have known it was there.
