Ummm... Not guilty, if the girl had been vaccinated in the first place, then she wouldn't be dead.

Also, if they are guilty, does that mean the person that gave it to the boy is guilty too?

guilty, this is the same when a person who knew they have HIV/AIDs and continue having sexual relationships with other people without telling them of their risks.

 

Of course she's guilty. Religious purposes are not enough to ignore dangerous health risks that you could expend on other people.

The goverment should only have the power to mandate vaccines if they provide the means to pay for said vaccine. If the goverment lady showed up at the kid's door and would vaccinate him for free, then he would be guilty.

Plus, PROVE that the boy was the one who gave the measles to her. Just because you were in the vicinity of a murder with a bullet in your pocket does not mean your a guilty.

Also, how did the girl get measles if she was vaccinated, too? Hypocrite much?
