    I highly advise against unbanning him, he creates many multiple accounts, as proven on at least 2 other sites, and scams on them, fake vouches, trades, etc.

    He'll just go back to scamming. I remember him from the good RSU days, before every staff member went corrupt. And then after that, the ToW days...

    He's not safe to have on the site. I recommend an IP-ban.
