I have tested a few other zones.

It took me a while before i could get the item....2-4min

With the hot zone i can get it in 30s-1min

as tom said, you're full of shit, it doesn't matter where you stand, it'll never take 4 minutes to get the item, all the balloons dissapear in 4 minutes idiot
and with any zone you'll get in under 30 seconds rofl

how the heck do i log in 2 accounts at once

 

you dont, you have 2 pages opened so that as soon as you log out of one you can just flip to next page and log into the other, this way you save time since you only have 8 seconds to log in

 

did my 1000th plate today, celebration !

Well since this has been bumped and bumped what one more post?
This is what I do to ensure a safe drop (please not I have only transferred 1mil to a skiller with this)
1. Have a friend watch the door, if anyone comes they can spam click the door and keep 1-2 people out.
2. Do this in german worlds if you know what = what as there are lots less people

Are people still doing it this way?

It doesn't matter where you stand. The drop is randomly determined by the order balloons are popped in, regardless of where you are.

There's no reason to check behind stairs or other "hiding places". If you don't see a white dot on the minimap besides your own, then nobody else is there.

Using German worlds is the worst thing you can do. People make it their Runescape careers to pop in and out of German worlds to steal Party Room drops.

I rate the guide 1/10 because almost everything in it is wrong.
