Hey people this is my guide to aviansies and I hope you like it.

What are Aviansies?



Aviansies are flying creatures found in God Wars and they range from lvl 69 - 131.

Items to Pick Up :

4 Adamant Bars (noted) (Drops frequently)
Rune Dagger (High Alch)
Blood Runes (Collect will add up)
Water Runes (Collect will add up)
5 Swordfish (I recommend you pick this up because food is important)
Nature Runes (Adds up and can use for high alch)
Law Runes (Personally I pick this up, but up to you)
Runite Limbs (High Alch)
Herbs (Only collect rannars)

Equipment

Personally I use :



The equipment depends on what god items you have.

Best / Good / Fair


Helm : Armadyl Helm / Torag Helm / Neitiznot Helm
Amulet : Fury / Glory / Armadyl Pendant
Back : Ava's Accumulator / Fire Cape / Skill Cape / Any other cape
Quiver : Broad Bolts / Mith Bolts
Weapon : Rune crossbow (must)
Chest : Armadyl Plate / God D'hide body / Black D'hide body
Legs : Armadyl Legs / Barrow Legs / God Chaps
Boots : Ranger Boots / Snakeskin boots
Gloves : Best RFD gloves / God Vambs / Black vambs
Shield : Fully Charged Dragonfire Shield / Granite Shield / Obsidian Shield / Any God Book.
Ring : Doesn't really matter but Ring of Life.


Feel free to replace any of this equipment with other god items. You only need god items for zamorak, saradomin and armadyl. Bandos isn't needed because you won't be going near there. However you definitely need items from each of the gods except for Bandos.

Tip: The Avianses stop aggro after 20 minutes or so, and there are no randoms in the gwd dungeon so it's upto if you want to bring an armadyl piece or not. However if you stray too far from the area you are in they will start to become aggressive again.


This is what I saw someone else wearing and this setup is quite effective as well but it's only for rich people.

Requirements for Aviansies (Recommended)

60 str (Required)
Temple of Ikov (Armadyl Pendant)(Aviansies become unagressive after 10 - 20 mins so it's your choice)
Eadgar's Ruse (Teleport to Trollheim)
Atleast 70 range for it to be effective.
Atleast 70 defence if you want to tank.
Animal Magnetism (Ava's Accumulator)
55 slayer (Broad Bolts)

These are ofcourse recommendations and you can do without them but it'll make things harder.

Getting There






1. Teleport to Trollheim.
2. Go down to the bottom from the top of the hill and use the agi shortcuts if you can.
3. When you see the trolls, range pray until you reach the rock.
4. Push the rock and once your in, your stats will slowly start being drained.
5. Protect Melee when you reach the wolves and if it's your first time use a rope and go down.

Getting to Aviansies in GWD



It's pretty simple follow the directions on the picture.

Recommended Inventory



Nature Runes (Alching)
Bones to Peaches (Collect Bones to turn to peaches, ensuring you can stay forever)
Varrock Teletab (To go to Varrock, so you can sell your profits)
Fire Staff (More convienient than fire runes)
Law Runes (For teleing to Trollheim)
Monkfish (Obviously to survive at aviansies)

This is what I got roughly after an hour at avianses.



Cash earned can vary from 300k - 500k per hour.

Aviansies are also great range xp and experience per hour can range anywhere from 30k - 60k.

Not bad, although for a chest you should replace bandos chest with saradomin D'hide or armadyl chest b.cos you cant use accumulator with metal chests. your fire cape guide is ready btw, http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=488422

Im 90 Defence & 80 Range (At The Momemt)

And Im There For Aslong As I Want




Also, I recommend, dont bring armadyl pendant , bring glory or fury, after 10-20mins or so they stop attacking you which makes pendant useless unless your running about the whole dungeon, i tend to stay in one area and it works best.

Sorry guys but this guide is unfinished, it's just I have a habit of prieviewing the guide now and then and accidently misclicked. Still have things to add.

 

It seems like you are using a non-degradable method of killing them, which I suppose is a good idea if you spend quite a bit of time at Aviansies.

tvery good guide. the best ive seen for avies so far. make some more and that would be good

 

pretty nice guide but why would you use bandos chest? you should wear a god dhide dody so you can save your arrows withm an accumulator. That would really help costs.

 

I wear bandos chest because it gives awesome range defence bonus and I pick the arrows up anyway

Well, I was thinking about going to Aviansies so I could get my range up after I get my 99 Hunter in time... so I guess I will use this to help me understand it a little more.

Overall.. it's okay. 8/10

 

This guide is pretty good,
But you should add a part for people that are using pures or just want
to use prayer against them. other than that.. its fine
