[Guide]The Ultimate Windows XP Guide[Tons of stuff]

Hello and welcome to my Ultimate Guide for Windows XP Users!

Why is this for Windows Xp users only?Well it's not,basically for ANY type of windows,but recommended for windows XP.​

• WinRar
• Vista Inspirat 2 [BricoPacks]

Chapter 1: WinRar & Getting Windows Vista Theme




Step 1: Winrar​

• Download WinRar,Run it,then set it up(Pretty simple,Should have no trouble).

Step 2: Downloading the Vista Theme​

• Download the Windows Vista theme(Top of Post)

​

You should now see an Icon like a stack of books.​

Right Click--->Extract Here


Now,after that you should see an image like this:


Double Click it,run it and go through the few set up options until you get to here:



Click the "I Accept" box and then click "Next"

Now you should see this Screen:


Hit "Classic" and then "Next"

Now this screen should appear and it should start loading(Takes 5-20 Minutes Depending on Computer Speed):



After it's finished loading,look for this icon and double click it:


Now you should see this appear(These are the default Settings):

Step 3: Customizing Your Theme​

Okay,you have the vista inspirat pack installed,now it's time to choose your theme.You can leave it default or customize it!​

Go to Desktop--->Right click--->Properties--->Appearance
​

When you're at the "Appearance" Tab,you can change the Type of Vista,using the drop down box.You can change the style of it,and you can change the text type.

Chapter 2: Improving Internet Speed & Saving Space​

Step 1: Deleting your cookies & Other useless junk​

• First Open Internet Explorer,FireFox,Avant Browser,or any web browser you use

Now,what you wanna do is:​

Tools--->Internet Options--->General​

Now you want to click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files",well at least that's what I do.Then hit "OK"



Conclusion:

Well,this is my conclusion for this thread.
Yes,it was short but took a lot of time(I.e.,Un-installing and re-installing Programs,Taking & Uploading Screenshots,Making this thread,etc.)

Yeah,Ran out of ideas for the computer pack.
I might whip up a tutorial for deleting un-important files or something,Seems like this guide is no where near finished
