Ouch. banned for ban evading?

Hey, my account "Ouch." was apparently banned for ban evading, i soted this out with shredder when he was an admin, if you look in the staff room (Mods/admins) there should of been an thread about it please sort it out, thanks.

 

I cannot find anything in the dispute forum or staff lounge on this issue. However, the Staff Lounge was cleaned out a while ago.

Since Shredder is not staff anymore and I can't find a record of this being sorted out, you'll have to re-explain. You can add my MSN or post here.
