Guide on how to use Proxifier (proxies) for Mirror / Looking Glass / Color Based / Normal RS Clients

Proxifier is a very usefull tool for using proxies on pretty much anything.

With proxifier you could for example run the normal Runescape using a proxy.
Proxifier is also a nice tool to proxy Mirror Clients / Looking Glass Clients / Color based clients like Simba.

Download Proxifier: https://www.proxifier.com/download.htm

Activate trial or use a key (I have some)

Configuration: Profile http://i.imgur.com/yl4F3uD.png > Proxy Servers > Add http://i.imgur.com/xM4rYzY.png > http://i.imgur.com/8K1cgxV.png

1 Address being the address provided by your proxy provider

2 Select the radio button for ‘Socks Version 5'

3 Check ‘Enable’ in the authentication group box and Enter the credentials provided by your proxy service

4 Then click ‘OK’ and close the Proxy servers window

Next step: Profile > Proxyfication rules

1 Set the ‘Default’ rule to ‘Direct’ under ‘Action’

2 Remove the ‘Localhost’ rule by selecting the rule and hitting ‘Remove’

3 Click ‘Add’ to create our RuneScape proxy rule!

4 You can name the rule whatever you like, I chose RuneScape because well... It’s going to be proxying RuneScape

5 Under ‘Target Hosts’ enter ‘*.runescape.*’ – this will proxy connections to RuneScape globally so if you access the account management page in your browser, it will proxy it. If you load OSBuddy, it will proxy it. If you play RS in Chrome, it will proxy it, and obviously OSBot or TRIbot.

You could also choose to do this manually by right clicking any software: Proxifier > Pick the desired proxy (I personally do it this way)

6 Select your proxy under ‘Action’

7 Click ‘OK’ to save your new rule!

Hey, i've entered the proxy server, username and password and still gives me the message could not connect through proxy

 

Check the credentials and the port. The program works fine.

 

I just fixed the issue, checked proxy everything passed. And im now getting the error authentication failed enter your username and password for the following proxy even tho its right i use it on my tribot client works fine.

 

Firewall, run as admin, port issue, settings issue, not really sure man. Could be a lot of things. Try harder
