Guide on how to get a 99 thieving cape instantly

i thought this was going to be legit coming from someone with 400 post count....

 

Actually, this used to be possible... There was a downside to it though, and that is you need at least one other skill cape and you don't mind it being changed into a thieving cape, also if you took the cape off you couldn't put it back on because you do not have the required level, you couldn't get back your old cape.

My friend got kinda lured into this, he didn't know his cape would change when he took the cape back off he lost his strength cape and now cant even wear the thieving one.
