Steps:
1: Go to Google.com
2: Type Super Anti Spyware into the search bar
3: Click on the first option, make sure the URL is SuperAntiSpyware.com
4: Download the free edition; it may not come with a firewall or etc, however it will remove the newest threats as it updates almost every day.
5: Let it update, after installation, do a complete scan. Let the scan run through and when finished it will prompt you and begin to delete any infected files.
6: Your computer may or may not be prompted to reboot after to remove the infected files, depending on what is being deleted. Trojans will always prompt a reboot to make sure it is completely removed.
