How to secure your STEAM Account after buying it from people

After you buy an Steam Account from people you do not get any proof of purchase, that means the owner of the account can get his account back or retrieve it from Valve by showing proof of its purchase ( though u have changed the password, secret question & email address of the account)

To achieve the ownership of the account completely, you SHOULD buy a game from Valve, so that you can show proof that you are its owner.

Minimum a game costs $5 so I strongly recommend to all steam buyers to purchase atleast 1 game from Valve.

Will not work, if the steam account is recovered, they look for the EARLIEST purchase, which means if the original owner has a older receipt, he will get the account.

 

When you recover an account, where do you put EARLIEST purchase as I cannot see it.
