[Luca's] Guide to becoming more Physically Active

So You Wanna be More Fit?

Most of us in this world ( Especially Teenagers + Adults ) Do NOT get enough physical activity. Whether it is because we spent the majority of our time playing video games or, We are just too busy with stuff in life. In my guide I will be explaining some very important tips on getting your Activity life a kick start and explaining some of the benefits of Becoming Physically Active.

    Sooo, What is it worth?

What are the benefits of becoming Physically Active?

That says it all. If you're like me, The first time I started exercising daily I saw no change, not physically, But soon I discovered really what the change was.

If you were to go 1 week without physical activity, you will notice something on the 7th day. You will feel tired / sluggish all day and even when you went to sleep that night you would feel very tired the next morning.
    ----------
The reason for this is because your body needs two things very desperately to properly function properly.
1- Proper Diet / Healthy Food.
    2- Daily Exercise

So if you were to go a week with even doing only 1 of these 2, let alone 0, Your body will become more tired and not feel like doing anything.

The thing about exercise is it wakes up your body. If you get up early to do a morning walk, you will notice your body feels more energetic all day. It might not at first, but throughout the day you will notice that you feel better and much more awake.

Exercise not only will make you feel more energetic / better, it has very good benefits for the long run. Daily exercise / mixed with Eating properly can lead to living a long life. And who wouldn't want to live 10 years longer?

Daily Activity can also shave off pounds / make you feel better and improve your skin. It can help clean pores / lower the visibility of zits or acne and activity can just make you a better person.

So How do I get Started?

I think it's pretty simple easy in your mind. Your saying: "To get started all i have to do is walk / run / bike / ( anything atheletic ) 30 minutes - 1 hour per day"

It's easy to say that, and it is true but the ONE thing we need to focus on for getting started is... Commitment

To start excerising daily, it will take a lot of Commitment, meaning it's more then just you go out 1 day, then quit. You will need to be commited to going at a certain time, each day, every day. It doesn't matter if you don't feel up to going, Just DO it anyways. ( There are a lot of things in life we do not feel like doing, but they NEED to be done... Daily Activity is one of them )

Even though it might be hard at first, and you might feel like not doing it soooo much. Even after the first week you will notice a difference. You will be energetic, healthy, look better and most important FEEL better.

So as long as you can get commited to doing it, It will be a snap.

Below I have included a list on ways of getting more commited.

    - Try to get exercise in at the same time every day. This is easier on your mind, knowing you just have to get it done at ___ time every day.
    - EVEN if you REALLY don't feel like doing it, do it anyways. This is easier said then done.
    - Maybe if your finding really hard to get commited, give yourself a little treat everytime you get out there. Treat as in maybe a small chocolate or something, just initiatif to get out there.
    - Lastly, don't give up. Remind yourself, you will get rewarded, And just stick to it the best you can.

If you follow this process of getting commited to doing your 30 minutes
    - 1 hour of activity a day, You will be well on your way to becoming commited to being Physically Active.

    Wait... How do I excercise?

Here's the thing, Many exercise programs just tell you what to exercise / what burns the most calories etc. Personally I stick to getting commited, Because if you get commited 100% instead of worrying what exercises to do, You will become much more fit and feel better much faster then always having to change up your routine etc.

So What Exercise should I do for that 30 minutes - 1 hour a day?

    Anything you can think of.

    -Walking
    -Running
    -Biking
    -Swimming
-Playing a sport such as Hockey, Tennis ( Anything athletic like )
( Basically doing anything that gets you moving! )

Although some of these activities might give you a bit better work out then the others Eg: Running will give more then Walking.
It is fine just to start out walking, or doing an easier activity, REMEMBER, The main thing we are trying to do is GET COMMITED!
Then eventually you can switch to a harder type of exercise.

If you follow these above steps, you will be well on your way to becoming a healthier, more active, better fit person.

P.S- I did submit a UE Application but I was accused of plagiarizing one of my guides. In fact I did, and I would like to say ... I'm Sorry ... I ran out of guides to say and I thought maybe plagiarizing one wouldn't hurt. It obviously did. ( I am mainly grateful I did not get perm banned )

But I would like to say right here, I will never plagiarize again. It was not like me, And I'm sticking to guides I know personally, Instead of ripping. I hope you can all some how feel okay with me =/ And I apologize to all the members of the UE team for my actions.
