Limited Paypal Question.

Some asshole chargedback on my Paypal more than a year ago. My paypal has been blocked since. Theres not much money in it because i withrew it. Now, they've requested identity etc. I've verified my bank account, address etc. 2 times.

They want my a copy of my passport + proof of address + proof of transaction.

By accident when speaking to them on the phone I said it was an electronic transfer (hence I have no proof) and I't was a ps3 I bought (I didn't really). I spoke to them on the phone about 4 months ago.


My paypal is my real email address, verified with my only bank account.


What would you advise I do?

 

That is an odd situation, and fairly uncommon. If you have verified, they SHOULD have lifted the limitation. Does your account currently have a negative balance? If that is the case, then you really should pay it off as soon as possible. If not, then you'll need to contact them by phone once again and ask what they can do for you.

 

There is no negative balance. That's what's worrying me.

 

If you do Internet banking Just Screen print ur online account with your account name, Account number and Bank Number. This happen to me and it was fixed in 24hours.
