Great Guide!!! Only thing I have to say is that if your attempting to heat up a thermometer with a light bulb or other like resources watch out that you don't keep it on to long. I did that once and it read 144 and my mum said I should've been dead and took me to the hospital

Lmao great guide i use this ALOT Perfect layout, detailed. 10/10. Also, i sometimes wake up early in the morning, get a small amount of white toothpaste, and rub it round my throat, thinking that i have a sore throat. My freind made that up and it works like a charm.
