Just got a copy of this guide and can say that I haven't heard of this method before. Even with a google search it's not to be found.

It seems like a method that can be farmed but might become quite saturated if you run 30+ accounts on this. It's in a somewhat secluded area as well.

You can get a private script for this easily and should be quite easy to get from someone.

Overall, I'd give this guide an 8 because the item is something that is definitely needed in OSRS, but isn't something always bought in bulk. Nevertheless, it's a good method and if you want private methods, this is a good one!
