Banned for Child Pornography Dispute 2

Ok, firstly I would like to apologize to Finn and all of the other staff that took their time to acknowledge my recent dispute, for being disrespectful. I know there is no excuse for it but I was in a bad situation and was upset. I was also wrong by not taking responsibility so I'm sorry for that.

Second, after these past few days of being banned I have realized that I was wrong to post 'porn' and I have taken the time to read over the rules a few times to make sure I don't make another mistake.
Although posting the picture was wrong, I truly did not know that Justin was a minor. That being said, it was still wrong and i'm sorry for that. If I DO get a second chance, I will not take advantage of it and this WILL NOT happen again.

One part of my last dispute that Finn pointed out was wrong, if this means anything.

He wrote that I posted the picture of the butt, which I did not. Whoever made the thread did that. I just posted a picture on it, which was sort of blurry in the first place.

Another thing I'd like to mention is that in my last dispute the majority with only a few staff members said that they support a 'temp ban.

The post quoted is mine. As for identifying who posted the porn the first time, that was my own fault, as I misread who had posted it the first time incorrectly. He did in fact only post it once (with two separate pictures of Justin's genitalia, both of which were blurry, but identifiable). I maintain that the ban should stay, and that is my own personal opinion. I would understand a lapse of judgement in regards to a moderate to excessive flame, or even perhaps posting something that could be "mistaken" as porn, but this was flat out negligence. So in short, I don't support an unban or reduction thereof.

 

Please don't post another dispute. My decision is final.
