I know hes trusted but the sythe rules should still be applied, even if it wasnt a ban evader, there is clear account interaction.

 

I'll do some digging, but it seems as though he has been unbanned by a global. I'd assume that this case has previously been handled, and the info which you're bringing forward has already been dealt with. Yes, there is account interaction / ban evading going on etc, but under the new rules he is entitled to be back as I remember he has been previously banned for something like this.
