gtrated appears to be reselling account for 2 yrs

Explanation of the trade: I was looking into making him an offer on his account when I discovered that it appears he sold it to @Zapdos back on March 27, 2019. This can be proven from the screenshot below where he posted his vouch below.

Going back further, I discovered he also sold this same account October 17, 2018 to @zyurf and used @Pegasus as a middleman for the transaction. It is obvious he keeps selling his account and recovering it and is back for a 3rd time.
