GTI has scammed me

Okay, so I went into a trade with GTI to trade 3 million FUT PS3 coins for a total of 375 USD.
We agreed to do it in two steps. First a 1 million trade and then the rest - 2 millions.

The first trade went smooth, we bought his player and he sent the money:

As you can see, he also listed the second player, who I bought as I had received the first 125 USD.

But that's when the problems started. He hold me his bank service (or whatever iDeal is) was down, and that he would get back to me.
He did, but only to come up with more excuses. Now, he's blocked me on Skype, as you can see on the screenshots.
