280m scam - User is banned, other used thinks its fine to scam him

note: I dont know either of these two, i'm just trying to help the victim

Explanation of the trade:User had traded another banned user for 280m yesterday, after the buyer had got banned. Prazoplz went to the conclution of thinking he can scam him, and that he has no rights.

How they scammed:They took 280m, then didn't give the account they promised even just because user got banned.. didn't refund

look at bottom right, you see his skype.

Even though this didn't concern me, i went to the trouble to help this victim with a person which thinks it's acceptable to scam someone just because they're banned.
