Explanation of the trade: I Paid $100 BTC for 500k Lost City RSPS gp. Ripe services told me to meet them for the transaction at Varrock West bank and upon entering the trade screen and putting up some items I was banned in the trade screen. The gold seller claims the gold was delivered but has no evidence that the trade was completed. I asked for a full refund to which they refused.

So now you're calling me a liar. I was banned IN THE TRADE SCREEN. You have no proof of delivery only that you put the coins up which I didn't see because I was banned IN THE TRADE SCREEN. If you have a picture of putting up the coins and not accepting the trade you have 0 Proof the trade was done. You weren't even banned in game after I was banned. Suspicious? As the SELLER you have to provide PROOF of delivery. Anyone can put coins in a window and say they made it to the recipient. Private servers aren't runescape servers. I think you got me banned on purpose.

 

You even admit the server has a high ban rate. It's crazy that you are assuming I'm scamming and you don't even have proof of sale. You absolutely deserve a ban from this platform even though you made an account just yesterday.

 

@1Kale uses brand new to sythe gold sellers to facilitate his transactions and he wonders why things go wrong. Bad business practices.

With saying that, you are also brand new to sythe, as you joined today just to make a report, so same could be said about you mate.

I would just like to say that everything has been handled via ticket system and both tickets are currently open and being transcripted.

I am willing to provide whatever information you guys want/need as I did try to open a report to have you guys resolve, however I did do it trying to keep these guys from being publicized.

In my personal opinion, its a bit weird that the buyer got banned ''in the trade window'' and the seller wasnt banned till the next day.

also a bit weird for someone to get an RWT ban without accepting any sort of gold. I am at a loss here, as you guys ultimately need to make the decision. If I were to refund buyer, and you were in favor of seller, then i'd have to refund him as well, and i'm just not willing to take $100+ loss on something that is out of my control. This is the first time anything like this has happened. So i'll let you guys decide what is right, and who to refund, wether that be seller 100%, buyer 100%, or 50/50. Its up to you guys.

How didn't you get banned? I was banned in game without seeing any coins in the window. It could be the second you put it up the account was banned. I would have to hit accept on a second screen which never appeared and it would say "trade accepted" in the chat box which coincidentally you dont have a picture of. They banned me and not you?

I did try to resolve this between us before telling him to make the report. Buyer is unwilling to go 50/50, which I can understand if the case was that he never did recieve the gold. But to be banned before accepting is a bit wild to me. as they dont track trade screens, they track completed trades. The buyer also did tell me that the gold wasnt even on the trade screen when there is proof that it is.
