TrumpRich - Bank Scammer

Explanation of the trade: Pm'd me inquiring about the purchase of one of my Runescape accounts. After some back and forth, we agreed upon a price. I, being the newer trader on Sythe, went first and gave him access to the account. After some discussion, I went ahead and gave him the bank pin of my account, even before he sent the payment, because he insisted. He said I was being "sketchy" for these safety measures and wouldn't proceed any further. After hours of waiting for my payment, he says his Internet is out and I log on to see the bank cleared. He had no intention of purchasing the account. He didn't change the password, didn't change the registered email, didn't change the account username, didn't activate an authenticator and such forth. Others have experienced similar problems and will be filing reports as well.
How they scammed: Logged into the account, only to take Runescape items (not even worth much) and falsely claims that he is still interested in purchasing the account. Asked for screenshots of him sending Paypal money, and he wouldn't reply.
Proof that it's their Skype: Did not use skype, will attach multiple pictures via imgur. Dealt with Sythe pm's only.

All in all, I assume responsibility for him taking my bank. It wasn't much which makes him appear in even more of a bad light. He continually tried to stall in an effort to clear the bank out and has not replied since.
