    Group Policy Editing

This tutorial I have posted will explain in Detail how to edit GROUP
POLICIES, these basically tell your computer what a person's login is
allowed to do, and it also doubles as an easy way to edit the startmenu
without going through alot of BullShit to get rid of things from it.

Once again, if i can ever get imageshack to fucking upload my pics, i'll post 'em, but just deal with it for now!

DISCLAIMER: Once again we will be doing EXTREMELY dangerous things with
a computer, that if done incorrectly, could fuck up your computer perm.
I am not responsible for any crap you do to your computer...

Step 1: Go into C:/WINDOWS/System32 and look for gpedit.msc,
    double-click on it.

Step 2: Assuming you are the Administrator of your computer, you may
proceed to edit any templates you want, For the purpose of this
tutorial I will be using the Administrator Template, Under the "User
Configuration" expand "Administrative Templates" Then click ONCE on the
    Start Menu & Taskbar folder.

Step 3: You should be given alot of options on the side, double-click
them to change their status, they are pretty much self-explanitory but
if you don't realise what they do double click on them then click on
the "Explain" Tab, this should clarify everything.
Basically, just go through everything there and edit what you want to
meet your needs... This can be done to any other user on the computer
as well (say you don't want your Parents to have access to regedit32,
or you don't want them to have access to control panel, and have them
    stuck as a limited user.)

EXTRA: Here is something cruel to do to your little brother or older
sister, basically anyone you want to get in shit with your parents:

Step 1: Set your Victim's account to "Limited" User, then set their
background to something bad, like GayPorn or something (like if it's a
brother make it gayporn, sister = lesbian etc.)

Step 2: Go into Group Policy and change the settings like this:
    "User Configuration"
    Victim's Template
Desktop>Active Desktop then make sure it is set to Disable Active
    Desktop
    Then Control Panel>Display
Then enable the "Disable Changing wallpaper" and "Hide Background Tab"
Then tell your arents about your Naughty brother/sister... they will
    get in so much shit.

    Well, enjoy...

Another great tutorial brought to you by Death
