lolTrolllol recovered account he sold me.

So i bought an account of lolTrolllol for 169$.
Now after around 1 month he sadly recovered it.
i showed him theese two pictures then he changed email again.

i do not know how to prove this now as i do have 0 acces to the account and jagex wont really give it back to me either.
i can show completely the whole skype log to a mod+ if you need it.
i sold all my accounts that i owned just to buy this. so i have no clue what to do atm. help please

Your first picture is invalid because when I checked it it showed a totally different e-mail.
Besides even if your first picture was real, you could've made yourself an e-mail starting with C and ending with @L .nl as wel to get back either your 169 usd or just for getting me banned (which I think is not the case, you just want your money back I believe).

I have tried helping him in any way and even offered him other RS3 accounts for free as I don't play RuneScape any more and to make it up for him as I felt bad for him and yet he keeps on saying that I recovered the account and it could never be his computer security or any of his friends taking it from him.
The only option possible if you ask him is that I recovered the account. Lol.

I tried it and even gave him the information to do it for himself. Got denied both times.

 

Then you're liable to refund him for the account purchase price.

 

I cannot confirm for a fact that his account really has been taken away from him.

And even if so, why do I have to pay the price for him sharing info with the wrong people or for having a bad pc security.

 

As the original owner, you're required to return possession to him, or if you cannot, refund him, in an instance like this

 

Isnt that enough Proof for you? I showed you the email the account Was attatched 2 that Was identical to the one i paid to. What else can i do when i dont have acces to the account cause it somehow got taken out of My hands. And you keep saying that it got "hacked" when i even had the authenticator on, How did they get acces to the account without the OO do you think then? Dont tell me that i have virus on My PC when i have logged on to Altleast 10 othee accounts and NONE of them is touched? None of My friends dont even know that i have the account so How are they supposed to have "stolen" the acc? I troied to recover the acc then I saw the email that Was attatched to it and i saw that it Was identical to Yours. Then i pointes that out on Skype and on Here, then the one that got acces to the account changed email Again. And you tried to give me like 3 accounts. 2 of them Was banned for "serious rule breaking" and the 3rd one Was not Really good at all and i dont want to play rs3 i only want to play oldschool.

 

Maxed melee main MUST SEE (FIRE CAPE, FULL VOID, B GLOVES, ETC ETC!) He sold the acc before too. When i pointed that out yesterday he changed the topic again. And when i had acces to the account i saw alot of email changes in the "jagex messages" thingy in account settings on their website.

 

I will refund him if he shows me proof he actually has NO access to the account, if he manages to do that (which is impossible) I will refund him, if not, then I cannot just give out money for free.

And do you have proof of the jagex messages? Please provide me. Literally everything you are saying is without proof, and you still want me to believe your account has got taken away from you?

 

Oh by the way, you are saying you 'logged' in to 10 different accounts while you said you didn't have any accounts.

I have 12 accounts that i created in 2008 that were untouched until around a month ago.
But i do not have any GOOD accounts. Thats what i meant and i bought the account from you just cause i dont want to train an account from like 60 in all combat stats and 10 in all else. I sold my main account just to buy yours.

 

I've banned you for an outstanding debt. You may post a dispute once you have refunded him
