Quartered potatoes (peeled also), onions (long thing slices), green peppers (cut the same as onions), a stick (or two) of butter, and season salt to taste. Oven or grill until soft and that shit is so cash. Never done it with carrots, but I bet it'd be great too. Takes for hell and ever though when you're hungry.

I love bell peppers. Did that Sunday and Monday.

Yea. On monday my peppers were a bit crunchy still and it made me sad. And they were on for quite awhile.

Oh I love spicing up my steaks, I'll try getting a list of seasonings together.

A spicy steak is my kind of steak.

I'd rather cut up the steak and make like a burrito that's really hot than eat a spicy steak by itself.

Had some red snapper yesterday. Added some lemon, lime, a fish spice my friend got from Seattle, and some parsley and chives from my little bitty herb garden. I usually suck at grilling fish, but it came out great.

I make my own with a few good sized branches/logs made into a tripod over a fire... Then I hang a grate from it. Works amazingly.

My dad got it for his birthday recently and has loved it. It gets hot it enough to make flatbread pizzas, but can stay at around 300 long enough to make long slow cooked ribs. The other day while I was at work he sent me a picture of him making Boudin Sausage on it for breakfast, then later that night sent me a picture of him cooking a pork butt on it. He's obsessed.

You may never see your friend again. And if you do he will be at the store buying more shit to grill and will smell like pure smoke.

Those things are badasssss. Seriously, they diversify what you can grill quite a bit.

Went fishing yesterday and caught some catfish. May blacken them and try them on the grill. Never grilled freshwater fish before. Anyone with any experience ?
