Explanation of the trade: Contacted Pokole to buy osrs gp. Firstly, he changed the price from his ad, which is fine in itself. Then when we agreed on a price and amount, I sent the BTC. I asked him if he would pay asap and he told me to meet at a certain world at the bank. When I went to the bank he was there but we waited for the transaction to appear. When it appeared he refused to pay and said to wait for 1 confirmation. It was now roughly 30 minutes in and he had mentioned nothing about 1 confirmation previously. I reluctantly agreed. After the 1 confirmation he said he is cancelling the trade. I said that is fine, but he should pay the transaction fees I incurred because of his stupidity and attitude. It is not fair to cancel the trade when someone has already incurred an expense in sending you the BTC. If he had not received it then it makes sense to cancel. The simple solution I offered was to refund my transaction fees along with the money he was sending back. He declined. I accepted what he sent but would like to get this resolved as a matter of principle. The fee amount is not much but his conduct is completely inappropriate and unbecoming of a trusted player. You can't merely cancel a trade without repaying the cost incurred by the other person. Furthermore, he has the shittiest attitude out of anyone I have ever dealt with on Sythe. Near the end when I told him I will be reporting him, before blocking me, he also accused me of ban evading? LOL

Amount scammed: Transaction fee ($3 I believe to be exact - I use Bittrex). I also have not received the refund yet at the time of writing this report, although he claims he sent it (I have no reason to doubt that he did). I am more concerned about the transaction fee as a matter of principle and him wasting my time.

How they scammed: Cancelled trade after receiving the BTC and declined to refund transaction fee I incurred.

@pokole if you would learn to read, my report is mainly regarding the transaction fee I incurred due to you cancelling the deal AFTER recieving the payment. You did NOT refund me that fee and I should not be penalized for you suddenly cancelling the deal on a whim!

I see that as bittrex sending fee, which is $1.70. @pokole you're to repay that amount to @Bulk_Buyer. Let me know once that's done.
