    Against the rules?
    Well, Im not so fond of my current name. I know that it will be too much work to have my name changed and I doubt I can get it changed anyway. I'm wondering if I can create another account with my new name, with the same IP. I've heard that people get punished when they create two accounts and interact between the two, self-vouch and false bump.

    If I don't have the two accounts interact in anyway is this still allowed?
    Also, If I create a new account can I use my current vouches as proof of legitimacy, or will I have to start from scratch?
