I dont exactly know his Sythe name, But I do know he has been reported for scamming before, but there was no proof, by eNmotion. Well, I have sufficient proof that he IS a scammer.

Details: He MSN'd me, asking me if I was interested in buying his account. I told him that I was, but didnt go first, and we can use an OMM, He said no reason, I will go first, we will use paypal. I said Ok, what are the stats to the account. He says, the account is level 100, and has 34m in items, 8m in rsgp. He gave me the password and username to the account, and I asked him if he was logged in. he said yes I just sold a whip so there is 9m gp on the account. He logged off. I logged in and he said ok send the money, I said you said you were going first, and he said I know, but im not giving recovs. Then we got into the fight about there being only 1m on the account.
THE BANK IS EMPTY. The only thing in there is holiday items and random items. nothing of interest. You can clearly tell he was going to accept close to 300 dollars for an account with 40m on it, when it clearly only had 1m rsgp. Ban the scammer.

This is not enough proof; just because there's 1m in the inventory does not prove that there was nothing in the bank. Plus, it was you who blocked him, not the other way around.

You'd need to show more of the convo.
