GreenVisage Uncompleted work cut communications

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

Around a month ago i ordered a service from GreenVisage for 20m and was given an ETA of around 5 days.

After day 2 and no progress, i checked up with him to make sure he could manage with no hard feelings if he couldn't to which he assured me it wouldnt be an issue

After 10 days i checked again, without any hostility asking him if he was okay with the order and if it was too much for him to handle, if he could refund me and no hard feelings. He advised me that he was struggling with the internet a lot. After assuring me his internet is now fine, once again i trusted him and let him give it another go.

Now 27 days later, i am getting no contact back from him, he is appearing offline on my discord to which i assume i have been blocked and yet i can still see him posting requests for other peoples work on Sythe which makes it clear to me that he is online and is just avoiding me..

All in all i've currently lost 20m through him, 18m through bonds and a month of wasted time on accounts that i could have got trained elsewhere

I have been nothing but polite and understanding to GreenVisage throughout the whole experience but enough is enough.

 

Hi, sorry for the inconvenients, we are two people, one of us manage the discord and the other manage sythe, my brother who manage the discord didnt advice me you was talking on discord, sorry.

I checked on and we have no reasons to block you, but discord didnt advice us your message, so we didnt see it, i sent u a msg on discord so we can talk about this.

Hi Pirate, @GreenVisage has just informed me that he has managed to gather the 20m in order to repay this, just waiting for a suitable time for us both to make the transaction

 

@GreenVisage has refunded the 20m in trade
