what items are good 2 alch in f2p and p2p?!

 

Ok, This isn't a guide but probably the best to alch:

F2P: Steel Platebodies

P2P: Yew Longbows/Magic Shortbows

Sometimes Ruby Bracelets can be alched and you lose almost nothing. Just check the price in the Grand Exchange and check the Alching Value

 

steel plates isnt worth... u loose 2 much

 

Click mage book, find the alchemy spell, click alchemy spell, find the item in your inventory, press alchemy and repeat

 

Rune Med's Perhaps. You lose like 70gp

Rune Daggers could possibly be good aswell

In The Grand Exchange Rune Daggers cost 4,638 coins(Med). When you alch them you get 4,800 coins.

Well Green d-hide bodies are and were at high demand for alching awhile ago... If member try magic longbows, or yew longs.

Rune daggers in the past good for alching, making around a 30 gp profit.

But P2P yew longs, and stand collecting swamp tar.. there are guides..

If you did any research, you would know that you lose over 5k per rune baxe...

During the PVP update, they went up over 10k and made me a nice profit =]

 

Look at p2p best idea is to alch yewlongs or fire battlestaffs. Idk at f2p
