BuyMyGp put up a thread asking for PC on 2 07 accounts here:
http://www.sythe.org/price-checks/1859551-price-check-two-accounts.html
Great_Services has a thread up selling an account matching the description of account #2 (62 prayer etc all matches up so unless BuyMyGp could magically foresee what a user's account would be when the user didn't even exist yet and coincidentally also uses his IP, I doubt it's a coincidence.)
