The only requirement is that you have a device. Computer, tablet should work too.

I would not say this is a money making guide, but more of a start up guide for a public accessible website. (It is one of the views-->money websites) The ebook is well designed and gives you some helpful tips and strategies, but is not unique and you can probably find this stuff through google :/
