[BUYING] Staker with 80+ Str and high HP

Hey guys I'm looking for a staker preferable a dds/whip staker.

Looking for the following stats:
60~80 Attack
75~99 Strength
I prefer 1 defence.
Will buy a 2~10 def account but for a lower price.
High HP would be nice.
And ofcourse 1 PRAYER.
An account with 1~11 pray is also do-able for me but also for a lower price.
