More MM's involved.

Hello sythe, a while back I was a big part of sythe and would be a daily visitor. After being scammed over 3 times with a decent amount of money via paypal I stopped. More MM's being involved will stop all possible scams. Thanks!

 

Involved? They have to be contacted to help. Not sure what you are getting at

 

It's up to the traders to decide mutually whether they want a MM or not. There are alot of people offering their services in the MM section.

 

You could have prevented being scammed had you contacted an MM or OMM yourself, they aren't obliged to contact you. It is a voluntary role on Sythe to be a middleman.

 

Besides, An MM cannot stop paypal chargebacks.

 

A middleman cannot stop PayPal chargebacks, nor are they required to handle the PayPal payment in any way, shape, or form. In fact, if they do, they are fools. Mm's cannot prevent all scams. They can merely make the trade go more smoothly. What happens before or after the mm becomes involved is not the responsibility of the mm in any way (e.g. PayPal chargebacks or account recoveries)

 

Exactly what N4no Alt said, Most if not all middleman will say in their terms of service that, they aren't responsible for what happens after the trade, It reduces the chances of scamming but bottom line is any account is recoverable by the original owner.
