Graphics possible with laptop 12"?

I have a slim/sleek laptop with a 12'' screen.

Is it possible to make good quality signatures with Photoshop CS3 using this computer?

 

What's the resolution?

Anything over 1280x960 or w/e is workable imo.

 

My resolution is 1024x768 is that a problem?

 

Well, it shouldn't restrict you from ~400x100 canvas' but when you get to working with larger art, you might want to expand that.

 

i have a problem lol, my laptop doesnt even accept ps lol . i have vista [ it sucks like hell ]

 

Photoshop works on vista.
