Scammed by xKronic

So over a week ago I contacted xKronic about his skilling services and ordered 40-70 range and paid $21.40 for it. It's been a week now nothing has been done and he is ignoring me on skype. I didn't want to have to make a scam report if I didn't have to but it's been too long he should have done atleast something by now.

It's been almost 3 days since I asked him to refund since nothing at all was getting done and he has yet to respond in the last pictures I said I changed my pass that's because I was hacked and I pmed him the info as soon as it was changed. I assume he has scammed others too because he is already temp banned.

 

He still owes someone else, yes. Since this is Report #2, I'll request the perm ban.
