Report/post/reason that got you banned:
All of the information outlined in my report is fully correct. I was the Head Admin of Novelty Services when I got myself into a gambling addiction, and after losing my own bank I gambled away all money owed to my 2 workers for the work that they've completed for me. With no money to pay them, I stepped down from my role and deleted my discord account in shame. A few months later I had an urge to return, so I created a new account to help a friend with advertising his server. I was swiftly and rightfully banned for ban evading the next day after creating my account, before I could start.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
As outlined in my report, there are two of my former workers who I owe money to.
The first is C H GOLD#9882 (UID: 786335956243709963).
I owe him 70% of 225m, which is 157.5m. Using the standard rate of OSRS gold back then which I believe to be $0.45/m, I owe him $70.875.
I have tried to get in contact with him but he is yet to reply. Although I've only recently returned, as far as I can tell he's been inactive for a long time, so I suggest that I repay this debt to the Community Repayment Wallet, and if he does message me back, then that money will be waiting for him there.

The second worker is Jezza#3061 (UID: 187062098033901568).
I owe him 70% of 81m, which is 56.7m. Going by the $0.45/m rate from January 2021 I've calculated that to be $25.515. I am pleased to say that I have managed to get in contact with him. I've converted the amount owed to BTC, and sent him the money, which he has now received.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
The incident that occurred has been accurately described in my report and in the first paragraph of this pardon request. 17 months have passed since, and in that time I've managed to completely stay clean from gambling. I never wanted to quit in such a way - in my scam report I honestly admitted to the debts owed, but physically could not have paid them back. I was sixteen years old with no job and no savings. Now I'm 18 years old, with a job and the ability to legally buy BTC, and as such I am fully able and willing to pay back the debts owed. Most importantly, I am not writing this report so I can return to the services industry, but I am genuinely doing this to have a clean conscience.
