if he is not a member.. (f2p) they really dont give a crap..
they just let it sit for like 30 minutes let you wit.. than bam you banned..
if he is a member (p2p) tbh they probably do really read it and think closes bam him.. or get his money..
so it could take a day.

I Have 2 Accounts That Have Both been Members Before, And They Have Perm Bans For Hijacking Items From Phished Accounts.. I Sent 1 Appeal In Today, Still Waiting. Mine Is More Serious Then Autoing Though.
