No, i can't cover fees. I've already brought the price down on the account 2 times. If you send it through mail, there is no fee.

would prefer this because no chance of getting lost in mail and there is confirmation for me knowing if you got the money or not.

WU is probably the best option. You can see if the money has been picked up using a code they give you once you've set up the money transfer.

Also, old vouches are still the same. Haven't had any activity in the market in a while, but its all the same. I understand your precautions though. We all have our own.
