Username Change?

Hey.

I found this section best suit for my question, however feel free to move it if you think differ.

So I was wondering if it was possible to request a username change on Sythe.org?

As I recently noticed 'Ricky' (A.K.A 'Panic') had his username changed.

However I think I recall reading somewhere that username changes weren't permitted, or something along those line.

Unless it is a donator+ only feature, are username change requests permitted?
